Refunds and Returns Policy


In what circumstances can I return a product?

You may return a product if it's damaged at the time of delivery, has a manufacturing defect, or is otherwise not in a satisfactory condition, or if the product does not meet your expectations.

Within what time must I make the return?

You must return the product within seven days since the date of delivery. If more than seven days have elapsed since the product was delivered to you, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Are there any other conditions for returning a product?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused except for testing, and in the same condition in which you received it.  

How do I return a product?

You may either courier the product to us at the below address, or return it in person at our Bangalore or Pune office.

If you are shipping a product whose value is more than INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

What will happen after I return a product?

Once we have received the product, we will inspect it to verify its condition before initiating a refund or exchange, as chosen by you, and keep you notified of the status.

Will the courier expenses I incur for the return be reimbursed?

The courier expenses incurred by you will be reimbursed along with the refund (if applicable), upon receipt of proof of courier expenditure and verification of the reason for return.


When can I claim a refund?

In the unlikely event that you return a product due to damage at the time of delivery, a manufacturing defect, or due to the product not meeting your expectations, and do not wish to have the product replaced, you can opt for a full refund of the product price instead.

When will I receive the refund? 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you email to notify you  of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to you by the original mode of your payment, within seven working days from the date of approval.

What do I do if I haven't received the refund within seven working days?

If you haven’t received a refund within seven working days, it is usually not because the refund hasn't been initiated by us. Please be patient, as the bank may take some time before your refund reflects on your account, especially due to bank holidays.  If you still don't receive it, please check with your bank.  Despite waiting and enquiring with your bank if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Can I claim a refund on products bought as a part of a special sale?

Unfortunately, no.  Only regularly sold products are refunded upon return; products sold as a part of a special sale are not eligible for refunds.

When can I claim an exchange?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at, and return your product within seven calendar days of receipt of the product, to the following address:

What happens when I want to return a product gifted to me?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to gift you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

When will I receive my replacement?

Normally, our shipments to anywhere in India reach within four working days, but depending on where you live, the exact time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
